POLICY
The books you mail to us are not insured against lost or damage. The books you mailed, you obtained them by donation basis so no monetary value can be placed on them or an invoice be produced, as there is no way of proving their cost.
If your order includes leather bound books and the order is lost or damaged, you would again have to provide us with new books for binding. We would send you a prepaid mailer to mail your new books to us for binding.
You must notify us that you did not recieve your order within 1 week of notification that your order shipped.
